RETURNS, SIZE CHANGES & REFUNDS
Our ultimate goal at Amarte Swim is for you to fall head over heels for our products. Yet, if you find yourself feeling anything less than thrilled, you can return your items. Please read the following guidelines for returning any products you've purchased.
You have a 15-day window from the time of delivery to return your items for either an exchange or a refund. Please note that this policy doesn't extend to sale items - all such purchases are considered final. This includes any items purchased using a promotional sale code.
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
Please email hej@amarteswim.se if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.
Swedish customers will be provided with a return label upon request.
International customers (outside of Sweden) are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
If the item you are exchanging for becomes out of stock while your return is in transit, you will automatically be given a store credit.
FREE SIZE CHANGES
Free size changes are available for Sweden customers only.
Free size change means you will receive free shipping to return your piece back to us (Scandinavian customers only).
If you have requested a size change we'll do our best to ship this out to you ASAP!
Any size changes requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit or refund.
We offer size changes or color within the same collection drop. Alternatively, you can return the items for a store credit and use this to place a new order for the items you do wish to receive instead.
REFUNDS
Refunds are offered on all full-priced orders.
There is a SEK 50 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.
For customers outside of Sweden, you will have to pay for postage to return the order to our HQ, and there is a SEK 50 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your payment method, the funds may take up to 7 business days to clear back into your account.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customs, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
